Can I buy Christmas presents from you?

This year's Christmas presents can be bought from us. Not sure what to buy? How about a gift card! It can be purchased HERE

Is there an extended right of withdrawal when buying Christmas presents?

From 10 December you can buy Christmas presents with an extended right of withdrawal until 5 January. This does not apply to sale items.

Can you wrap the order as a Christmas present?

After you have placed your order, you can send us a message via Chat on the website where you give us your order number and ask that this order be wrapped as a gift before shipping.

When is the last day to order to get the goods before Christmas Eve?

We send all the packages continuously, and have set December 20 as the last order day to receive the goods before Christmas Eve. *With the reservation that delays may occur beyond our control.

Do you have a size guide?

You will find a size guide for all our products inside the product itself . The guide is located under information about the product.

What is the difference between short and long length dresses?

Some selected dresses come in two different lengths, so that these suit most people . You can find the exact length in the size guide on the products. There is usually a difference of 8 - 10 cm between long and short length. The exact length of the dress depends entirely on how tall you are . Short: Approx. Mid thigh _ Length: Approx. Down to the knee

How do I treat the dresses?

We always recommend ironing or steaming our products if they have wrinkles after shipping. All our products can be steamed or ironed at low heat.
Most of our products can be washed, in which case we recommend hand washing at 30 degrees. We recommend washing in a laundry bag. Certain dresses and blouses can be dried hanging, but we recommend drying the products lying on a drying rack.
If the products cannot be washed, this is listed on the care label, as well as under info about the product on our pages.

Will the products be back in stock when sold out?

We constantly renew ourselves with new styles, and sell out the products as time goes on. Is your size out of stock? Send us a message on which product and size it applies to, and we will check whether this is a returning item or not. The Magic tops will not return unfortunately.

I want to advertise the product

The right of complaint covers goods that are faulty in accordance with the current consumer law. Complaints are only valid if there is a manufacturing fault, not a consumer fault. Do you sell gift cards?

We sell electronic gift cards. These are ordered by placing an order: HERE and the gift card will be sent by email to the buyer.

ORDER

I have not received an order confirmation by email

Hello, after you have placed your order , you will receive confirmation by email with an order number. Ca n't find the email? Check your spam or get in touch and we 'll send a new one. You will receive a new email with tracking as soon as we have packed and dispatched your package .

Can I collect my order in Trondheim?

We have a separate pick-up point in Trondheim where you can pick up your order and try the item by appointment. Send us a message on when it is convenient to pick up the item, and we will find a time. We are usually here between 8 and 16, but exceptions may occur. We are located at Pir II, 3. Alstadgården, 7010 Trondheim. You can contact us by email (Post@Golightly.no) or in the Chat function in the online store.

Delivery time?

We ship daily with Posten. Delivery time is calculated from when you place your order . Standard 2-4 working days* (Monday-Friday). The tracking number will be sent to your provided email as soon as the package is on its way.

I would like to return my order

I want to return, but need a new right of withdrawal form

If you have lost the right of withdrawal form that came with it, you can create your own right of withdrawal form. You do this by filling in the following information and including it with the return: Name, telephone number, order number, item(s) ordered, date you received the item and date you returned the item.
