The dress that flutters in the wind. Windy dress is a loose-fitting dress with a beautiful fall, a beautiful curved shape with pleats across the chest and back and playful sleeves. Windy has a removable decorative ribbon that can be tied as a bow at the neck or used as a belt for those who want more shape. High collar with hidden zipper at the neck and good length down to the knees.
The dress comes in three colors, Dark blue, light pink and royal blue.

Content: 100% polyester in the dress and 100% rayon in the lining.

Washing information: Wash at 30%. Remove ribbon when washing, wash the dress in a laundry bag. The dress can be both steamed and ironed.
